Shipping, Refunds, and Exchange Policy
- We ship our products 3 business days within the order confirmation, from Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm. These timings are subject to change without notice.
- We will send you the tracking details of the shipment once the ordered products are dispatched.
- We are not liable for lost or stolen goods.
- We are not liable for any loss or damage due to an improper address given by a customer.
- If a product is returned to us due to incomplete delivery for any reason whatsoever, the customer will bear the cost of re-shipment.
- Please expect delays with respect to deliveries due to the pandemic.
We operate from India. Duties or customs levied as per the laws of the customer’s country in case of international shipping are to be borne and paid solely by the customer. Please check the applicable rules and regulations related to customs in case of international shipping, before placing your order with us.
Refunds / Exchanges
- We do not provide refunds on any orders.
- We provide exchanges for any product, except custom orders.
- You can request for an exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product, for any reason.
- Please retain the original packaging and tags on the product in case you wish to exchange the product. We reserve the right not to accept exchanges if the product is damaged or found in a used condition.
- To exchange a product, please fill in our Exchanges Form within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Exchange of damaged products
- If you receive damaged products, you may exchange the products with us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- In case of damaged products, when you write to us, please also include a description of the nature of damage and photos of the product.
